My name is Mr. Jamal based in Senaru village which is 600 meters above sea level and is the main starting point for Rinjani trekking activities. I am a professional guide and my job is to organize the trip to Mount Rinjani, Lombok.
I have more than 20 years of experience as a guide and I want to share my personal experiences on Rinjani trekking with all our visitors. So now I start to run my own business “Mount Rinjani Information” as Tour Operator to Mount Rinjani but will still work as a guide to Mount Rinjani on request.
As a guide before, I can only reach one group every time. But now with running my own business, I can consolidate other guides with the same purpose as I have and I will be able to achieve more than one group at the same time. Besides that, my main focus is also to keep Mount Rinjani clean – which means that everything that we carried up the mountain, we will make sure to take back home.
